Headquarter Greiner, Pleidelsheim

Return to their roots

It was a return to their roots: With the new construction of the office building for Greiner in Pleidelsheim, they simply put back together those things that belonged together: administration and production. Since 1987, the property on Wettestraße had lain idle after burglars had reduced the company headquarters to ashes. Only after an extensive clean-up of the land was it possible to break the ground in 2014, and the move out of the 30-year temporary solution followed in 2016 back to Riedbachstraße.

With around 1000 m² of surface area, the new, three-storey building has an enormous showroom. The prestigious centrepiece of the new building is the foyer entered from the main entrance with its three-storey atrium, which is entered indirectly through a vestibule kept intentionally low. The first floor is reached via the sculptural spiral staircase positioned in the foyer, as is the second floor with conference room, roof terrace and accounting area. The switch classic LS 990 in white from JUNG integrates optimally into the modern design of the new company headquarters.
