New house of the region in Hanover

Awarded with the DGNB certificate in Gold

Hanover‘s Neue Regionshaus (new regional administration building), situated in the city's centre, is a reliable, low-maintenance building with low life cycle costs, fulfilling all the essential demands that can be made on an office building. This six-storey angular structure houses 191 offices. Its light, clearly structured limestone facade and extensively glazed multi-functional hall, which projects out into the street on the ground floor, also make the Neue Regionshaus an attractive address in more ways than one. Its electrical installation was converted to JUNG’s AS 500 and CD 500 range of switches in pure white, which fits in perfectly with the overall design concept.

The energy concept for the Neue Regionshaus was awarded a Gold certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen - DGNB), of which JUNG is a member.
